My construction journey started over 20 years ago working for a labour only brickwork subcontractor whose office was above a bakery and I haven’t look back since. Similarly to Katie, I also combined full time employment with a degree in Quantity Surveying. Over the years I have worked for several companies ranging from small subcontractor’s to large housing companies. I realised after working locally for a small development contractor in 2020, I wanted to set up my own company where I could help and assist other companies.

Katie Hills

With almost 20 years experience within the construction industry, my career began as a trainee Building Control Surveyor for a large local authority. I combined my full time employment with studying a degree in building engineering. After gaining Chartered membership of the CABE, and a number of promotions, I took the opportunity to bring my experience into our family business.
